Technical Background





Around the parcel shelf area, through relative movements of the body (illustration 1 where indicated), the panels on top of each other can make creaking or popping noises.

Tip:

Remove the left and right side trim see Repair Manual Group 70 in ElsaWeb.





Tip:





In the area of the source of the noise, relieve all the panels with a prying tool (for example screwdriver). Illustration 2 shows the left vehicle side.

Protect interior carpet before next step.

Spray the area with oil spray Part No. G000115A2. Use the opening (marked area illustration 1) between the panels.

Wipe off residual lubricant and repeat procedure on the other side.
