Rear Lid Tail Lamps

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Open rear lid.

- Clip service cover - 1 - out of locking mechanisms and pull off cover in - direction of arrow -.






- Disconnect connector - arrow -.






- Remove nuts - 1 - and remove taillamp housing.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Move the taillamp housing by hand into the correct position in the body, hold the position and then tighten the nuts.

- Tighten the nuts to the tightening specification shown in => [ Fastener Tightening Specifications, Tail Lamp Assembly In Rear Lid ] Fastener Tightening Specifications, Tail Lamp Assembly In Rear Lid.

- Check gap dimension of tail light assembly. Refer to => [ Tail Lamp Gap Dimensions ] .
