Upper Right Coolant Pipe

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] Draining and Filling.

- Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to => [ Upper Intake Manifold ] Upper Intake Manifold.

- Disconnect the glow plug connectors for cylinders "1" and "2".

- Free up the wiring harness on the upper right coolant pipe.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - for the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (on radiator) (G83).





- Remove the coolant hoses, to do so, loosen the hose clamps - arrows -.

- Remove the upper right coolant pipe.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type, refer to the parts catalog.

- Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to => [ Upper Intake Manifold ] Upper Intake Manifold.

- Fill the cooling. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] Draining and Filling.
