Front Brakes Squeal while Backing Up

Condition
Typical conditions under which the concern occurs are light brake application during high humidity when backing up and the brakes are cold. In rare cases, it might also be heard while lightly braking going forward.
Tip:
Sound bite attachment provided as an example noise for identification purpose. This is the only condition that justifies a repair under this TB.
Technical Background
The natural frequency of the front brake disc did not meet the design specification and caused noise under the above conditions.
Production Solution
Correct parts are installed since MY 2011 VIN AX_BW543598.
