Belt tensioner units must be removed before starting any separation work, repairs or bulge corrections.

• For removal, first remove the side trim.

• Retaining tab determines position of automatic belt retractors

• The disposal of old components that have not been triggered is performed by the distribution center or the importer.

• Removing

• Remove the side trim.

• Remove cylinder bolt - 12 -

• Remove hex bolt - 11 -

• Remove hex bolt - 2 -

• Remove harness connector - 7 -

• Remove hex bolt - 8 -

• 40 Nm

• The belt tensioner is secured by loosening the hex bolt and conversely made ready for function again (does not apply to electrical tensioners)

9 - Anchoring Rail

• Beforehand, the seat belt must be threaded through the side trim.

• 23 Nm
