1 Glass Panel for Sunroof (One-Piece Safety Glass)

• Removing glass panel for sunroof, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Sunroof

• Installing glass panel for sunroof, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Sunroof

• Adjusting glass panel for sunroof, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height ] Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height

2 Panel Seal

• Adjusting panel seal, refer to => [ Panel Seal, Adjusting ] Panel Seal, Adjusting

• Seal joint at center in rear area

• Replacing panel seal, refer to => [ Panel Seal ] Sunroof

3 Sun Protection

• Removing and installing sun protection => [ Sun Shade ] Sunroof

4 Countersunk Screws

• Microencapsulated

• Always use new countersunk screws

• 3.5 Nm

5 Slider

6 Upper Trim

• Removing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Sunroof

7 Lower Trim

• Removing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Sunroof

8 Rain Channel

• Removed together with link guide.

9 Guide Hook

10 End Piece

• Use butyl adhesive sealing cord (AKL 450 005 05 ) for sealing

11 Installation Unit

• Removing and installing installation unit, refer to => [ Installation Unit ] Sunroof

• If necessary use special grease (G 000 450 02) exclusively to grease guide channels, otherwise the functions cannot be guaranteed.

12 Bolt

• 3x

13 Electrical Drive Motor

• Removing, refer to => [ Sunroof Drive Motor ] Sunroof

• Adjusting drive motor (zero position), refer to => [ Sunroof Drive Motor, Adjusting Neutral Position ] Sunroof Drive Motor, Adjusting Neutral Position

14 Wind Deflector

• Removing => [ Wind Deflector ] Sunroof

15 Spring

16 Torx Bolt

• 25-Pin Connector (T25)

• 4.5 Nm

17 Rear Guide

• Removed together with link guide.

18 Link Guide

• Removing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Sunroof

19 Gap Bracket

• Removed together with link guide.
