Lower Rear Lid Trim from 12.04

Removal

- Remove bolt - 2 - from rear lid - 5 -.

- Remove lower edge of lower trim - 1 - from rear lid - 5 -, then pull out at both sides.

- Pull off upper edge of lower trim - 1 - from lid - 5 - and unhook pins - 4 -.





- Loosen the rubber button with control cable - 1 - from lid lock mechanism - 2 -.





- Release the rubber button with control cable - 1 - from the lower trim - arrow -.





Installation

Installation is the reverse of removal.

• Before installing the trim, check the condition and seating of the clips on the rear lid. Replace the clips if necessary.

• Replace the rubber button with the control cable if damaged or broken.
