Taillamp in Rear Lid


• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove the key.

Removal

- Remove the service cover from the trim panel in the rear lid.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.






- Remove the nuts - 1 - from the tail lamp assembly inside the rear lid.

- Remove the tail lamp.

Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Secure washer - 2 - using a glue dot (such as Loctite) before inserting onto bolt head - 1 - to prevent them from falling into body.






- Place washers - 2 - on the bolt head - 1 -.

- Tighten the threaded connections to the tightening specification. Refer to => [ Tail Lamps in Rear Lid Overview ] Tail Lamps in Rear Lid Overview.

- Check the gap dimensions between the tail lamp assembly and the body after installing the tail lamp assembly.
