Upper B-Pillar Trim

• The following describes removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle. Removing and installing on the right side is identical.

Removing

- Remove airbag emblem - 1 - and the screw - 2 - (4 Nm).

• When re-installing, airbag emblem - 1 - must be replaced.

- Pull trim in lower area out of mount in body - arrow A -.

- Remove trim from door seal piping.

- Pull trim out of top mount - arrow B -.






4-door vehicles

- Open the flap at the bottom of the B-pillar - 1 -.






- Press floor covering slightly to side and remove screw - 2 - (40 Nm).

- Remove belt anchor - 3 - from body.

2-door vehicles

- Remove the seat bench. Refer to => [ Bench Seat ] Bench Seat.

- Remove the sill panel strip (2-door vehicle). Refer to => [ Sill Panel Trim, 2-door ] Sill Panel Trim, 2-door

- Remove anchor rail from seat belt. Refer to => [ Front Seat Belts, 2-door ] Front Seat Belts, 2-Door

All vehicles

- Pull seat belt through trim opening.

Installing

• When installing, driver for belt height adjuster - 4 - and button in trim - 3 - must be located in the same position.

• Before installation, clip must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.






- Install in reverse order of removal.
