1 Hood Lock

• Lid lock removal and installation, refer to => [ Hood Latch ] Hood Latch.

• Adjusting, refer to => [ Hood Latch, Adjusting ] Adjustments.

2 Release

• From the hood lock to the cable coupling.

• Clipped into the cable coupling.

3 Release Coupling

• The cable coupling is located above the driver side headlamp.

• Disconnecting, refer to => [ Hood Release, Disconnecting ] Hood Release, Disconnecting.

4 Release

• From the cable coupling to the actuator lever.

5 Actuating Lever

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Hood Release Lever ] Service and Repair.

6 Striker Pin

• Removing, refer to => [ Hood Striker Pin ] Service and Repair.

• Adjusting, refer to => [ Hood Latch, Adjusting ] Adjustments.
