Wiper Motor From Wiper Frame

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry Lever (80-200)

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1331)

Removing






- Use the (80-200) to pry the linkage - 1 - from the ball head on the motor crank - arrow -.

- Turn the motor crank - 2 - and remove the four screws - arrows -.






- Take the wiper motor and control module - 1 - out of the wiper frame.

Installing

- Insert the wiper motor with the control module into the wiper frame and secure it with the 4 mounting screws - arrows -.






- Tighten all threaded connections to the specification shown in => [ Windshield Wiper System Overview ] Windshield Wiper System Overview.

- Turn the motor crank back to its original position and press the linkage - 1 - back onto the motor crank ball head - arrow -.
