Lock Carrier Cover

Removing

- Remove the floor cover from the vehicle.

- Remove spare wheel from vehicle.

- Remove the inserts from the vehicle.

- Remove the clamping pin - 1 - using a screwdriver with hex socket head (3 mm) and remove the expanding rivet - 2 - with the release tool (T10236).






- Remove the second securing element - 3 - as described.

- Pull the cover over the securing eye - arrow A - in the direction of travel.






- Pull the cover upward out of the retainers in the rear cross panel - arrow B -.

Installation

• Before installing, check securing clips for damage and replace if necessary.

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Make sure, that the trim is placed in the in the cover seal tubing.
