• Tasks: controls temperature door and fresh air blow depending on light intensity
• Emergency running in event of failure: Climatronic Control Module (J255) utilizes a fixed value
• Removing and installing => [ Sunlight Photo Sensors ] Service and Repair

• Removing and installing => [ Center Vent ] Vents
4 Right side vent
5 Air outlet
• Removing and installing => [ Right or Left Vent ] Vents
6 Right Vent Temperature Sensor (G151)
• Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model)
• Removing and installing => [ Left and Right Vent ] Service and Repair
7 Climatronic Control Module (J255)
• The Climatronic Control Module (J255) and the A/C Control Head (E87) are one component that cannot be disassembled.
• Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model)

8 Vehicles through 04.07 air flow door motor ( V71); from 05.07 fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure Door motor position sensor (V425)
• Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model)
• Removing and installing => [ Air Flow, through 04.07 ] Climatronic Control Motors on vehicles through 04.07
• Removing and installing => [ Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure, from 05.07 ] Climatronic Control Motors on vehicles from 05.07
• Replacing: Initiate Basic Setting function with Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model) => [ Climatronic A/C System with Automatic Control, Checking and Adjusting ] Climatronic A/C System with Automatic Control, Checking and Adjusting
9 Vehicles through 04.07 recirculation door motor (V113), from 05.07 the recirculation door motor (V113) is discontinued.

10 Fresh Air Intake Duct Temperature Sensor (G89 )
• only installed on vehicles through 12/05
• Checking, use: Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051) (or succeeding model)
• Function: Temperature sensor controls temperature door and fresh air blower depending on temperature
• for removal, remove instrument panel
11 Right footwell vent

12 Fresh Air Blower (V2) with Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J126)
• on vehicles from 11/05, Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J126) can be replace separately
