1 - Steering Wheel

• Removing, refer to => [ Steering Wheel Assembly Overview ] Steering Wheel Assembly Overview

• When installing the pay attention to the installation position.

2 - Harness Connector

• Driver airbag units can have one or two harness connectors, one for igniter 1 and two (green and orange) for airbag units with igniter 2.

3 - Bolt

• 60 Nm

• Coated with locking compound

• May be used up to five times

Press in a punch indentation after each installation

4 - Airbag Unit

5 - Catches

• Are released from back of steering wheel

6 - Steering Wheel Spoke Trim

• Always replace

7 - Securing Plate

8 - Coil Connector With Slip Ring

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Return Spring with Slip Ring ] Airbag
