Large Lid Servomotor

For vehicles with power operated convertible without large flap base and flap servomotor from 06.04 to 11.04, flap servomotor is installed on right side of luggage compartment, meanwhile control head for convertible was modified for this function.

Removal

- Remove right luggage compartment trim. Refer to => [ Left/Right Luggage Compartment Trim, Convertible ] Left/Right Luggage Compartment Trim, Convertible

- Remove flap servomotor connections - 1 - - arrow -.





- Loosen brace nuts - 2 -.

- Remove flap servomotor with support - 3 -.

• Also secure the parking aid control module if the vehicle has this system.

- Remove bolts - 4 - from the brace if necessary.

Installation

- To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order.
