1 Output shaft 1st to 4th gear

• Disassembling and assembling --> [ Output Shaft, 1st through 4th Gears ] Output Shaft, 1st through 4th Gears.

• Installed location --> [ Installation Position of Shafts and Selector Rods in Transmission ]

2 Shift rod with shift fork for 1st and 2nd gear

• Installed location --> [ Installation Position of Shafts and Selector Rods in Transmission ]

3 Selector rod with shift fork for 3rd and 4th gear

• Installed location --> [ Installation Position of Shafts and Selector Rods in Transmission ]

4 Output shaft 5th/6th and reverse gear

• Disassembling and assembling --> [ Output Shaft, 5th, 6th and Reverse Gears ] Output Shaft, 5th, 6th and Reverse Gears.

• Installed location --> [ Installation Position of Shafts and Selector Rods in Transmission ]

5 Selector rod with shift fork for 5th and 6th gear

7 Input shaft

• Always replace grooved ball bearings on input shaft --> [ 4 Grooved ball bearing ] Input Shaft

8 Reverse shaft

• With thrust washer

9 Thrust washer

10 Breather

• Connect to slave cylinder --> [ 14 Slave cylinder with release bearing ]

11 Clutch housing

• Servicing --> [ Clutch Housing, Servicing ] Clutch Housing, Servicing.

12 Input shaft seal

• Replace --> [ 6 Input shaft seal ] Clutch Housing, Servicing

13 O-ring

• Always replace

• Install on line connection

• Coat with brake fluid before installing

14 Slave cylinder with release bearing

15 Bolt

• For metal slave cylinder, 12 Nm

• For plastic slave cylinder, 15 Nm

• Quantity: 3

• Always replace

16 Countersunk bolt, 33 Nm

17 Flanged shaft with spring

• Removing and installing --> [ Transmission Housing, Shift Mechanism, Input Shaft, Output Shafts, Differential and Selector Rods ] Transmission Housing, Shift Mechanism, Input Shaft, Output Shafts, Differential and Selector Rods.

• Assembling --> [ Differential ] Service and Repair.
