Upper B-Pillar Trim

• Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the same manner.

Removing

- Remove sill panel trim. Refer to --> [ Sill Panel Trim ] Service and Repair.

- Remove emblem for airbag - 1 - and remove bolt - 2 - (4 Nm).

• When re-installing, emblem for airbag - 1 - must be replaced.

- Pull trim in lower area out of mounts in body - arrow A -.

- Remove trim from door seal piping.

- Pull trim out of top mounts - arrow B -.

- Remove belt end fitting from front the seat belt.

- Guide out seat belt through trim opening.





Installing

• When installing, driver for belt height adjuster - 4 - and button in trim - 3 - must be located in the same position.

• Before installation, clip must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.





To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
