Pillar and Side Trim

C-Pillar Trim, Wagon

• Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the same manner.

Removing

- Fold the bench seat and backrest forward.

- Remove side upholstery:

• with rear side airbags --> [ Side Upholstery with Side Airbag ] Rear Seats.

• without rear side airbags --> [ Side Upholstery without Side Airbag ] Rear Seats.

- Remove wheelhousing trim. Refer to --> [ Wheel Housing Trim, Wagon ] Service and Repair.

- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to --> [ Rear Lock Carrier Cover, Wagon ] Luggage Compartment Trim.

- Remove luggage compartment side trim --> [ Luggage Compartment Side Trim, Wagon ] Luggage Compartment Trim.

- Remove emblem for airbag - 1 - and remove bolt - 4 - (4 Nm).

- Remove the trim - 3 - with the clip - 2 - inward - direction of arrow A - from the C-pillar mount and both clips - 5 -.

- Remove the trim downward - direction of arrow B -.





Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

• Before installing, inspect the securing clips for damage and replace if necessary.
