Removing







- Remove turbocharger.
- Remove the circlip form the vacuum diaphragm linkage







- Remove the vacuum diaphragm - 1 - from the turbocharger - arrows -.

Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

- Can only be replaced with exhaust manifold and pressure unit.

3 - Bolt
- 10 Nm
4 - Nut
- Engine code BZB only
- 9 Nm
- Secure with sealing wax
5 - Securing Plate
- Engine code BZB only
6 - Knurled Nut
- Engine code BZB only
