1 ABS Control Module (J104)

Removing and installing => [ Control Module and Hydraulic Unit, Removing ] Control Module and Hydraulic Unit, Removing

2 Inner Torx bolt

Use new bolts.

2 Nm + 0.8 Nm

3 ABS Hydraulic Unit (N55)

Removing and installing => [ Control Module and Hydraulic Unit, Removing ] Control Module and Hydraulic Unit, Removing

4 Brake line

Master brake cylinder/primary piston circuit to hydraulic control unit

Identification: Diameter 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread

5 Brake line

Master brake cylinder/secondary piston circuit to hydraulic unit

Identification: Diameter 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread

6 Brake line

To left front brake caliper

Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M10 x 1 thread

7 Brake line

to right front brake caliper

Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread

8 Brake line

to left rear brake caliper

Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread

9 Brake line

to right rear brake caliper

Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M10 x 1 thread

10 Brake Booster

Removing and installing => [ Brake Booster ] Brake Booster

11 Bracket

after installing, make sure it fits properly

12 Torx(R) bolt, 8 Nm

13 Rubber insulation

14 Hex bolt, 8 Nm

15 Bracket

16 Rubber insulation

When installing the mount, make sure the rubber insulation does not push out of the bracket.

17 Hex nut, 20 Nm

18 Heat shield

19 Hex nut, 8 Nm
