Lower B-pillar Trim

• Removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle is described here. Removing and installing on the right side is identical.

Removal

- In vehicles with interior monitoring system, switch ignition off.

- Remove upper B-pillar trim. Belt anchor or belt anchor rail do not need to be removed from front seat belt. Refer to => [ Upper B-pillar Trim ]. Upper B-Pillar Trim

- Remove the sill panel strip on the 4-door vehicle. Refer to => [ Sill Panel Trim, 4-door ] Service and Repair

- Remove the two bolts - 1 - (4 Nm).

- Remove trim - 3 - from door seal piping.

- Remove trim from mounts in body in area of guide - 2 -.

- In vehicles with interior monitoring system, disconnect wiring harness from sensor.





Installation

- To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
