Basic Setting, Initiating, 09G, 6 Speed A/T OBD
Basic setting must be performed after the following repairs:
^ replacing engine control module
^ replacing throttle valve control module
^ replacing transmission control module
^ replacing throttle position (accelerator pedal position) sensor
- Connect tester VAS5051 and select functions.

The following description refers to Scan Tool VAG1551

Select function XX

- Press keys 0 and 4. (04 selects function "Initiating basic setting").

Note:
^ Accelerator pedal must remain at idling speed position.
