Fuel Rail Assembly Overview





1 Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector (N30) to Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector (N33)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Injectors ] Fuel Injectors.

2 Bolt, 5 Nm

3 Fuel Rail

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Rail ] Fuel Rail.

4 Plate Nut

5 Pressure Relief Valve, 30 Nm

• To remove and install, remove the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

6 Low Pressure Fuel Pipe

• Do not install when under tension.

• Tighten the union nut to 20 Nm.

7 Bracket

8 High Pressure Fuel Pipe

• Do not install when under tension.

• Tighten the union nut for the fuel rail to 25 Nm.

9 Connector

• For the fuel injectors.

10 Bolt, 7 Nm

11 Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247), 20 Nm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Pressure Sensor ] Service and Repair.
