Breather to Hose/Line Assembly, Plastic Line or Slave Cylinder

Breather to Hose/Line Assembly or Plastic Line





Removing

- Disengage the securing clip - 2 - with a screwdriver or a pointed tool and disconnect the hose/line assembly or plastic line - 4 - from the breather - 1 -.

Installing

- Install the hose/line assembly or plastic line with a new O-ring - 3 - to the breather, until the securing clip audibly engages.

- Pull on the line to check installation.

Breather to Slave Cylinder





Removing

- Disengage the securing clip - 2 - with a screwdriver or a pointed tool and remove the breather - 4 - from the slave cylinder - 1 -.

- Check the O-ring - 3 - on the clutch slave cylinder. Press the breather onto the slave cylinder connector until the securing clip engages audibly.

- Pull on the breather to verify.

- Bleed the clutch system. Refer to => [ Clutch System, Bleeding ] Procedures.
