Removal






- Remove insulation mat - 1 - from the plenum chamber bulkhead by removing both securing clips - arrows -.

The following illustration depicts the wiper motor wiring harness when viewed from the front windshield and with the hood opened.

- Unclip wiper motor wiring harness - 2 - from the mounts - arrows -.

- Remove mounting bolt - 1 - and nut - 2 - of plenum chamber bulkhead - 3 -.






- Remove plenum chamber bulkhead - 3 - upward and out of vehicle.

Installation

- Carefully slide plenum chamber bulkhead - 1 - between the guide tabs - arrows - and the plenum chamber.






Make sure the wiper motor wiring harness is not pinched.

- Tighten threaded connections - 1 and 2 - of the plenum chamber bulkhead to 8 Nm.






- Make sure the wiper motor wiring harness - 2 - is routed correctly.

- Secure wiper motor wiring harness - 2 - with the securing tabs - arrows -.
