CAUTION!
Prior to working on the electrical system:

• Obtain the radio system anti-theft code.

• Switch off all electrical consumers.

• Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

• Disconnect the battery.

The Premium V Monsoon radio systems include a Premium radio with cassette or CD player additionally equipped with a powerful amplifier in the luggage compartment.

The powerful speakers for the Monsoon system are installed in the doors, side trims, and plenum chamber covers.

• Familiarity with the function and operation is essential in the event of customer concerns. Refer to the Owner's Manual.

• Anti-theft coding is equipped with protection code number. For deactivating electronic anti-theft system, refer to => [ Anti-Theft Coding, Activating ] Programming and Relearning.

• When performing Servicing or Fault Finding use Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B).

• After connecting the battery, check all the vehicle accessories, for example, the radio, the clock, the Comfort packages. Refer to the Owner's Manual.
