Belt Latch (2-door), Removing And Installing

NOTE: Removal and installation is described for belt latch of left seat. The same instructions apply for removal and installation for belt latch of right seat.

Removing
- Remove front seat
- Position seat as far forward as possible.





- If present, disconnect wiring harness - 1 - from seat frame.
- Remove bolt - 2 - (20 Nm).

NOTE:
- The screw is micro-encapsulated and must be replaced every time it is loosened.
- Before new bolts are installed, the thread of the corresponding nut must be cleaned.

- Turn belt latch 90° clockwise - arrow A -.
- Swivel belt latch toward outside - arrow B -.
- Remove belt latch from mount in seat rail - arrow C -.

Installing
- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
