Cover for transmission housing and 5th gear, removing and installing, 02J, 5 Spd. M/T





1 - Hex bolt, 10 Nm
^ For transmission housing cover

2 - Transmission housing cover

Note: If the transmission cover is fitted with the transmission installed, check oil level as follows:

- Fill with oil up to lower edge of filler hole and fit filler plug.
- Start engine, engage gear and allow transmission to turn for approximately 2 minutes.
- Switch off engine and top up transmission oil to lower edge of filler hole again.

3 - Gasket
4 - Torx socket head bolt M10, 80 Nm
^ Fitted piece on bolt head holds saucer spring washer in position

6 - Dished spring
7 - Socket head bolt, 25 Nm
^ For pivot pin to transmission housing

8 - Pivot pin
9 - 5th gear selector fork
10 - 5th gear locking collar
11 - Synchro-hub with 5th gear and synchronizing ring
12 - Needle roller bearing
13 - 5th gear
