Windshield And Rear Window Washer Pump -V59-, Removing And Installing

Washer pump -V59- is installed in the washer fluid reservoir located in the left front wheel housing. The construction of the washer fluid reservoir is dependent on engine equipment and may differ to that illustrated in the following procedure.

Removing

CAUTION:
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove left front wheel housing liner







- Disconnect electrical connection -5- from pump -6-.
- Separate angle couplings and hose -7- from pump -6- (note color code).
- Pull pump upwards from rubber grommet and remove from reservoir.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE: The washer hose angle coupling(s) are color coded and must be reattached according to the corresponding color code on the washer pump.
