Pedal assembly, assembly overview, 01A, 5 SPD. M/T (AWD)





1. Mounting bracket
^ Before removing, remove steering column from steering gear

2. Pivot pin for clutch and brake pedals
3. Circlip
4. Socket head bolt, 25 Nm
5. Brake pedal
6. Socket head bolt, 5 Nm
^ Secures pivot pin for clutch and brake pedal

7. Clutch vacuum vent valve switch F36
^ Clutch Pedal Switch F36 is secured directly in mounting bracket
^ Must only be installed once
^ Clutch Pedal Switch F36 is secured by a retaining clip

8. Clutch pedal
9. Circlip
10. Clutch master cylinder
^ Do not operate clutch pedal after removal.
^ Seal - arrow - must not be removed

11. Socket head bolt, 20 Nm
12. Mount
^ Install in mounting bracket with over-center spring
^ Installation position: Deep notch points downward

13. Over-center spring
14. Bolt, 25 Nm
^ Also secures master brake cylinder with brake booster to mounting bracket
