Switch Unit, Removing And Installing

Removing

NOTE:
- It is not possible to remove the switch unit, removal and installation of circuit board with wiring harness is described.
- If one of the switches is malfunctioning, outer side seat trim must be replaced.

- Remove Recaro seat.
- Remove belt buckle.
- Remove trim, backrest mounting bracket.
- Remove seat side trim on door sill side.







- Disconnect wiring harness of switch unit - 3 - and remove from seat frame.
- Unscrew four bolts - 2 - and remove cover - 1 -.
- Remove bolt - 4 - and remove circuit board - 3 - from switches in seat trim.

Installing
Installation is the reverse order of removal.
