Sill Panel Trim, Removing And Installing

Removing

NOTE: The illustrations cover only one side of vehicle, the other side of vehicle is the mirror image.

- Disengage backrest for rear seatbench and push forward.







- Loosen hex nut - 2 - and remove lock bolt - 3 -.
- Pull upholstery - 1 - in upper area out of clip - 4 -, press lower tab - 6 - to rear from sill panel - 7 - and remove upward with tab - 5 -.







- Remove bolts - 1 -.
- Remove trim - 2 - from clip - 3 - and from C-pillar.







- Pry off cap - 1 -.
- Remove bolts - 2 - and - 3 -.
- Unclip lower A-pillar trim on passengers side - 4 - from sill panel and remove.







- Remove bolt - 1 -.
- Unclip sill panel - 3 -.

Installing







- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
- Before installing sill panel, check expanding nut -2 - and clips - 5 - and replace if necessary.
- After installing, make sure that sill panel seal is properly seated - 4 -.
