Rear Door, Removing And Installing

NOTE: Various bolts are used to secure door hinges. 2 socket wrench inserts are available for this. For this, re is Box spanner for 3320 3320/2 (only Emden production) and Box spanner for 3320 3320/3.

- Remove upper and lower B-pillar trim.
- Disconnect multi-pin harness connector below rubber boot - 3 - of B-pillar.
- Remove cap - 2 - using screwdriver.
- Remove stud screw - 1 - from upper hinge.

Stud screw tightening torque = 23 Nm.

- Remove lower bolt - 4 - from hinge.

Tightening torque = 20 Nm + 1/4 (90°) additional turn.

NOTE: This bolt must always be replaced.







- Lift out door upward from angle hinge.
