Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair
Radio, Removing And Installing
NOTE: If radio is exchanged or replaced:
- Anti-theft security code for new unit must be entered before use. Be sure to advise customer of new security code.
- Confirm radio coding for sound system functions using VAS 5051 Vehicle Diagnostic Testing and Information System or VAS 5052 Vehicle Testing and Service System in mode "Guided Fault Finding".
- Coding must be performed to account for presence of CD Changer (if installed), Monsoon/DSP system (where applicable) and interior sound field differences between models (where applicable).
