High Mount Brake Light, Removing and Installing

The additional brake light is installed in the rear trunk lid.

Removing

CAUTION:
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

- Remove rear lid lower trim.







- Remove Phillips-head screws (arrows) for high mount brake light.
- Remove brake light upward and disconnect electrical connector.

Installing
- Connect electrical connector.
- Insert brake light in bumper.

To attach screws:
- Reach behind panel and position high mount brake light correctly.
- Tighten screws.
