Oil Reservoir, Removing and Installing







Removing

CAUTION: Place a container under pump to collect oil leaking out, before disassembling reservoir.

- To disassemble, loosen Torx screws - 1 - and collect oil that runs out.
- Remove Torx screws - 1 - and remove oil reservoir carefully.

Installing
- Moisten O-ring - 3 - with hydraulic oil G 002 000 or equivalent and insert into pump housing groove.
- Moisten inside of oil reservoir, in area of O-ring with hydraulic oil.
- To assemble, slide oil reservoir on with a turning motion and tighten using new Torx screws - 1 -. (2 Nm).

CAUTION: Always torque reservoir bolts to specification, otherwise oil reservoir will be damaged.

- Install hydraulic pump.
- Fill hydraulic system and bleed.
