Small Trim, Adjusting



Small Trim, Adjusting

Small trim borders may have variations on clearances when referenced to borders of side trim panel.







- clearances -C-, -D- should be between 3.5 and 4.5 mm in order to avoid jamming or damage to trims whenever they are opened or closed.
Adjusting slack -C and -D-.
Small trim can show a different height with respect to side panel trim.







- Height -B- should be identical to that of side panel trim in order to avoid jamming or damage to trims whenever they are opened or closed.

Adjusting slack C and D
- Remove side panel trim.







- Remove bolts/screws -1-.
- Align flap module -2- in direction of -arrows-.
- Tighten screws/bolts -1- (3 Nm).







- Check slack -C- and -D- 3.5...4.5 mm and adjust if necessary.
- Install side panel trim.

Adjusting trim height B
- Remove side panel trim.
- Remove main frame for flap module.







- Remove bolts/screws -1-.







- Height and angle in area -A-, -B- and -C- are changed by tightening or loosening screws -1-, -2- and -3-.
1 = A
2 = B
3 = C







- Tighten screws/bolts -1- (3 Nm).
- Install main frame for flap module.







- Check trim height -B- and adjust if necessary.
- Install side panel trim.
