Convertible Premium V Monsoon and Premium 5.5 Monsoon

On Board Diagnostic (OBD), Function

"Premium V Monsoon and Premium 5.5 Monsoon" radio systems have On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capabilities.

The radio head unit has a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory. If a malfunction occurs in a monitored component, a record of the type of malfunction is stored in DTC memory.

Repair Group 01, "On Board Diagnostic (OBD)" is no longer used. Check DTC memory, perform OBD programs and perform troubleshooting using Vehicle Diagnostic Testing and Information System VAS 5051/ VAS 5052 in operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".
