Satellite Radio -R146-, Removing and Installing







- The satellite radio receiver is located in the forward, upper portion of the front passenger's footwell -arrow-.

Removing

CAUTION:
Before beginning repairs on the electrical system:
- Obtain the anti-theft radio security code.
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.
- Disconnect negative ( - ) battery terminal.
- When disconnecting and reconnecting battery terminals, observe all applicable Notes and torque specifications, as well as instructions on performing OBD program and electrical system function checks as specified.







- Fold carpet -1- to rear -arrows- until receiver -2- is accessible.







- Remove fasteners -1-.







- Disconnect antenna connections -1-.
- Disconnect electrical connectors-2-.
- Note satellite antenna connector orientation -1-: green on right and brown on left
- Note electrical connector orientation -2-: two cables on right and 6 cables on left
- Remove harness retainer -3- from bracket -arrow-.
- Where applicable, remove screws -4-.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal, noting antenna and electrical connector orientation stated above.
