Sedan Premium V - Monsoon and Premium 5.5 - Monsoon

General Information

Radio system "Premium V - Monsoon" is installed as an optional equipment from 10.00 through early m.y. 2004 production.

Radio system "Premium 5.5 - Monsoon" are installed as a running change from early m.y. 2004 production.

The radio systems consists of an integrated receiver/CD Player/tape head unit and speakers located in instrument panel under top covers, doors and rear side panels.

"Premium V" systems are distinguished by an integrated tape player in the head unit and "Premium 5.5" systems by an integrated single CD player.

High power handling speakers specifically designed for the "Monsoon" system are used.

A CD changer is available as optional equipment. Location: in center console under armrest or in luggage compartment (depending on production date).

From m.y. 2005 some "Premium 5.5" radio systems are able to receive an auxiliary input, this connection is mounted in the right side of the trim under steering column

Receiver/tape unit is capable of playing MP3 files using optional cassette adapter (m.y. 2004) or data plug (m.y. 2005).
