Displaying & Reading Trouble Codes - 09A, 5 SPD. A/T

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory, checking, 09A, 5 Spd. A/T
- Connect V.A.G 1551 Scan Tool and enter address word 02 transmission electronics and advance until Select function XX appears in display.





Indicated on display
- Press keys 0 and 2 to select function Check DTC memory is selected with 02.





Indicated on display
- Confirm entry with key Q.





The number of stored DTCs or "No DTC recognized" appears in the display.





The stored DTCs are displayed in turn and printed out.
- Press -> key.
- After last DTC has been displayed and printed out, correct as described in DTC table from.
- Press -> key.





Indicated on display
After checking the DTC memory and correcting the DTCs.
- Erase DTC memory.
