ATF, Replacing

ATF, replacing, 09A, 5 Spd. A/T
- Remove sound insulation tray.
- Place drip tray under transmission.





- Remove drain plug (arrow) in transmission housing.
- Drain ATF.
- Screw in drain plug with new seal and tighten to 45 Nm.

If ATF needs to be topped up, then only ATF with Part No. G 052 990 A2 may be used.

- Fill with approximately 2.5 liters of ATF (G 052 990 A2) through filler pipe.
- Start engine and shift through all selector lever positions with vehicle stationary.
- Check and top up ATF level.
