Steering Wheel, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove driver's airbag unit.
- Disconnect harness connector for airbag unit.







- Turn steering wheel -2- to center position (wheels in straight-ahead position).
- Remove Hex socket (Allen key) head bolt -1-. Torque setting: 60 Nm (44 ft lb)

NOTE: The bolt is coated with locking compound and can be reused upto five times. Mark with a center punch mark after each reinstallation.

- Pull steering wheel -2- off steering column.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
