Additional information and assembly work on models with an air conditioning system

CAUTION: The air conditioning refrigerant circuit must not be opened.

Note: To prevent damage to the condenser as well as to the refrigerant lines/hoses, ensure that lines and hoses are not stretched, kinked or bent.

To facilitate removal and installation of the engine without having to open the refrigerant circuit:
^ Remove retaining clamp(s) from refrigerant lines.
^ Remove air conditioning compressor:





^ Secure air conditioning compressor to towing eye so that refrigerant lines/hoses are not under tension.

Note: Protect bumper with tape to prevent damage.
