Oil strainer, removing and installing

Removing





- Remove transmission oil pan.
- Unscrew oil strainer (arrows).
- Pull oil strainer -A- off valve body.

Installing
- Moisten oil seals on intake union of oil strainer with ATF.

Note: If oil seals are loose or faulty replace oil strainer.

- Position oil strainer -A- on valve body and secure (arrows)
- Install transmission oil pan.
- Fill with ATF, check ATF level and top off.
