Side Airbag For Driver's/Front Passenger's Sides From 05.03, Removing And Installing







Removing
- Disconnect the battery earth strap.
- Remove driver's/front passenger's seat as applicable (fit airbag adapter VAS 5094).
- Remove backrest frame.
- Remove backrest cover 05.03 >
- Remove backrest padding.
- Unclip wiring harness -4- -arrows-
- Remove bolt -3-.
- Remove airbag unit -2- from backrest frame -1-.

Installing
- After installing all components switch ignition on.
- Close doors.
- Connect battery earth strap.

WARNING: No persons may be inside vehicle during this step.

NOTE: After reconnecting battery, ensure the vehicle equipment (radio, clock, electric windows) is checked.
