Release Cable, Removing And Installing

CAUTION: There is a danger of damaging painted side trim parts.

NOTE: Removal and installation is described for left side of vehicle. The same instructions apply for removal and installation for the right-hand side.

Removing
- Remove side trim.
- Remove flap positioning module.







- Press retaining clamp - 1 - out upward.
- Remove release cable from small flap base.
- Unclip ball end - 2 - from retainer of small flap base - arrow -.

Installing
- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
