Large Trim And Small Trim, Adjusting

Large and small trim borders may have different gap dimensions with respect to side trim borders.







- Gap dimensions - A -,- B -,- C -,- D - should be between 3.5 and 4.5 mm to avoid jamming or damaging when opening or closing trim.

Adjusting gap - A -.
Adjusting gap - B -.
Adjusting gap - C - and - D -.

Large and small trim may show different height with respect to side trim.







- Heights - A - and - B - should be same heights as side trim to avoid jamming or damage when opening or closing trim.

Adjusting gap dimension A
- Remove side trim.







- Unclip pressure rod - 2 -.
- Open trim - 4 -.
- Loosen bolts - 1 -.
- Align flap module - 3 - in - direction of arrow -.
- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.
- Close trim - 4 -.
- Clip in pressure rod - 2 -.







- Check gap dimension - A - (3.5 to 4.5 mm) and adjust again if necessary.
- Install side trim.

Adjusting gap dimension B
- Remove side trim.







- Unclip pressure rod - 2 -.
- Open trim - 4 -.
- Loosen bolts - 1 -.
- Align flap module - 3 - in - direction of arrow - using screwdriver - 5 -.
- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.
- Close trim - 4 -.
- Clip in pressure rod - 2 -.







- Check gap dimension - B - (3.5 to 4.5 mm) and adjust again if necessary.
- Install side trim.

Adjusting gap dimensions C and D
- Remove side trim.







- Loosen bolts - 1 -.
- Align flap module - 2 - in - direction of arrow -.
- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.







- Check gap dimension - C - and - D - (3.5 to 4.5 mm) and adjust again if necessary.
- Install side trim.

Adjusting trim height A
- Remove side trim.







- Unclip pressure rod - 1 - from lever - 4 -.
- Loosen nut - 2 -.
- Rotate ball socket - 3 -.

Length of pressure rod changes by rotating ball socket - 3 - on pressure rod thus adjusting trim height.

- Tighten nut - 2 -.
- Clip pressure rod - 1 - onto lever - 4 -.







- Check trim height - A - and readjust if necessary.
- Install side trim.

Adjusting trim height B
- Remove side trim.
- Remove foundation frame for flap positioning module.







- Loosen bolts - 1 -.







- Height and angle in areas - A -, - B - and - C - are changed by tightening and loosening bolts - 1 -, - 2 - and - 3 -.

1 = A
2 = B
3 = C







- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.
- Install foundation frame for flap positioning module.







- Check trim height - B - and readjust if necessary.
- Install side trim.
