Adjusting Small Trim



Adjusting Small Trim

Large and small trim borders may have different gap dimensions with respect to side trim borders.







- Gap dimensions - C -, - D - should be between 3.5 and 4.5 mm to avoid jamming or damaging when opening or closing trim.

Adjusting gaps - C - and - D -.

Small trim may show different height with respect to side trim.







- Height - B - should be same height as side trim to avoid jamming or damage when opening or closing trim.

Adjusting trim height - B -.

Adjusting gap dimensions C and D
- Remove side trim.







- Loosen bolts - 1 -.
- Align flap module - 2 - in - direction of arrow -.
- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.







- Check gap dimension - C - and - D - (3.5 to 4.5 mm) and adjust if necessary.
- Install side trim.

Adjusting trim height B
- Remove side trim.
- Remove flap module foundation frame.







- Loosen bolts - 1 -.







- Height and angle in areas - A -, - B - and - C - are changed by tightening and loosening bolts - 1 -, - 2 - and - 3 -.

1 = A
2 = B
3 = C







- Tighten bolts to - 1 - to 3 Nm.
- Install flap module foundation frame.







- Check trim height - B - and readjust if necessary.
- Install side trim.
