Condition
Customer requests an upgrade from Premium V (with cassette) to a Premium 5.5 (with CD).
Service
DO NOT Replace a Premium V radio (with cassette) with a Premium 5.5 radio (with CD).
CAUTION!
The Premium 5.5 radio is not compatible with the Premium V Monsoon(R) amplifier. Retrofitting may damage both the radio and the Monsoon(R) sound system.
Installation of a Premium 5.5 radio into a vehicle equipped with a Premium V radio and A Monsoon sound system is not authorized by Volkswagen of America, Inc. for any reason.
Doing so will void the Warranties on the radio and Monsoon(R) Sound system.
